Clear allowances
Existing purchases retain their original allowances. Customers choose whether to move to a new plan; old property workspaces keep their purchased rights.
A first enhancement is the first successful enhanced output for a different source photo. Enhancing that same photo again or asking AI to create a new version uses an AI revision. Each standard package includes 30 first enhancements and 5 successful AI revisions.
A failed or timed-out result does not use your successful-output allowance. A successful output counts once, including when the system has to retry a job.
Unused subscription packages reset on your subscription's billing date and do not roll over. Unused PAYG packages do not expire. Purchased photo and revision add-ons keep their unused balance on the selected listing, separately from the monthly allowance.
Each package is applied to a selected rental listing. Unused first enhancements cannot be moved between properties, and partially used packages do not receive a partial refund. For a larger listing, apply another package or add photos to that listing.
Manual adjustments, viewing versions, and exporting do not use AI revisions. Downloading already delivered images again does not use another package. Existing download access requirements still apply. A rental listing that reuses delivered photos would not automatically create a new photo-making charge.
All monthly tiers support team sharing. One subscription funds one individual or team balance, with owners managing billing and teammates working from that shared allowance.
