No. Your property manager, leasing staff, or onsite team can take the photos with a phone. Upload them, review the enhanced results, and download them for rental marketing.
Each $19 standard package includes 30 different photos’ first successful enhancements and 5 successful AI revisions or re-enhancements for one property. Unused image capacity stays with that property and is not transferred or partially refunded.
Yes. All monthly tiers support one personal or company billing pool. Pro includes 5 packages for $79/month and Premier includes 10 for $149/month. Team owners manage subscriptions; teammates use the shared allowance.
Before final download, add 10 photos for $6 or apply another standard package to the same property for 30 photos and 5 AI revisions. Extra AI revisions are separate: $6 for 10 successful outputs. Final download completes and locks the whole property photo set.
Monthly package allowances reset on the subscription anchor date without rollover. Unused PAYG packages and property-bound add-ons are kept separately and do not expire. A renewal must not remove permanently purchased balances.
A new successful AI edit or another enhancement of a previously enhanced photo uses revision allowance. Failed processing does not consume successful-delivery allowance. Manual adjustments, version viewing, and exports do not use AI revisions.
Existing purchased rights, balances, and property workspaces are preserved. Existing subscriptions retain their version until you explicitly select a new plan. Completed photo sets can still be downloaded again.
