Terms of Service

Snaptate provides AI-powered enhancement of real estate photographs and related tools for organizing listings. The service is delivered over the internet at snaptate.com.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for everything that happens under your Snaptate account. Notify us at support@snaptate.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Snaptate.

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload to Snaptate (“Your Content”).

You grant Snaptate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content for the limited purpose of providing the service to you — including sending images to third-party AI providers for enhancement and returning the results to you. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, subject to short retention in encrypted backups.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content and to have it processed. You are responsible for complying with any third-party rights — including those of homeowners, sellers, brokerages, and MLS organizations — and for honoring any MLS rules that apply to your listings.

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not have the right to upload;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that depicts a minor;
• use the service to misrepresent a property in a way that violates the law, MLS rules, or applicable real estate ethics codes;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or probe the service;
• resell or sublicense access to the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Snaptate uses generative AI to enhance photos. AI output may contain inaccuracies — for example, virtual staging that does not reflect the actual property, or alterations that exaggerate features. You are responsible for reviewing every enhanced image before using it in a listing, advertisement, or any representation to a third party.

Some MLS organizations require disclosure of materially altered images. It is your responsibility to comply with those rules.

Snaptate makes no warranty that AI output is accurate, compliant, or fit for any particular purpose.

Snaptate offers pay-as-you-go credits and subscription plans. Pricing is shown on snaptate.com/pricing and may change with notice for new purchases or future billing periods.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Used credits and elapsed subscription time are non-refundable except where required by law.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the issue is resolved. You authorize Snaptate to charge your saved payment method through Stripe for amounts you owe.

Snaptate may offer free enhancement credits to new accounts. Free credits have no cash value, may not be transferred, and may expire or be revoked if we detect abuse.

We work to keep Snaptate available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Google, OpenAI, Stripe, Vercel), and unforeseen events may cause downtime.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion at support@snaptate.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SNAPTATE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR COMPLIANT WITH ANY MLS, LISTING, OR ADVERTISING RULES THAT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPTATE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

SNAPTATE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SNAPTATE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold Snaptate harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) Your Content, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Snaptate agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Snaptate provides tools used by real estate professionals across the United States; using the service from another state does not change the governing law of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
